The hotel appeared very nice from the outside, landscaping was very nice. However, as soon as we walked in I noticed cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the main lobby. The front desk was polite and checked us in quickly. When we got to our room I was shocked. The bedroom was fine, the bathroom was filthy! The commode handle fell out of the commode when we flushed it- I had to open the tank and flush it from the inside. The back side of the door was nasty! Green and red liquids had splattered the door and the door facing. I don’t believe anyone had ever wiped down that door. The shower was clean, but the towel rack inside the shower was rusted to pieces. I was very disappointed. Hilton Garden Inn is our usual choice in hotels when we travel, but not anymore.

We were unable to check in at the time that the room was supposed to be ready and when we returned from our event that night there was a line out the door it was ridiculous The staff said that a large group requested a late check out a football team throwing off all checking processes

The check in time was 3. Room wasn’t ready. We as well as numerous people were left hanging around the lobby for hours. Had to go to the event we were in town to attend without having anywhere to change. Finally got into the room at 11 that night! Why should I pay full price when I only got the room for half the time? Ridiculous! I will never stay here again!

They booked a football team the night before and they let them check out late at 4pm and we couldn’t check in until 4:30pm - checkin is at 3. We had to wait in the lobby. Room service came by at 10 am the next day and banged on the door wanting to know if we were ready to check out so they could clean our room. Checkout is at 11.

The bathroom was clean but counter space is limited, my wife and I had to take turns with her doing hair and putting on makeup and my self shaving and brushing teeth. In the room there was no chair facing TV.
