Location of this house is fabulous especially if you have plans to walk to campus or attend games. Michelle, the host, was very responsive and helpful both before our stay and during our visit. All 9 people who stayed in the house commented on how comfortable the beds were. The numerous gathering places in the home ands outside were well used. Pool was clean and beautifully lit at night. Kitchen accommodated all our needs. A wonderful place to celebrate family gatherings!

Oh What Fun!

We came to town to surprise our daughter for her 21st birthday. The house is very charming. The weather was not ideal, as we rented the house because of the pool. The backyard area is cool, with garage doors opening to it. One of the garage doors would not open. The gas grill must be replaced, as it has seen better days; we could not use it. The location of the house is fantastic and would be great for gameday. With no overnight parking on the street, the only challenge is the driveway getting in and out, as it is too steep, and your car bottoms out if you don't go in and out at a cross angle. If you need a large house near campus, this is a very good one to rent.

Wonderful graduation weekend stay!

We stayed at the Saban of Sherwood for the weekend of my daughters August UA graduation. It was beyond perfect for our extended family to come and celebrate and be together. The house easily accommodates 3 couples and 4 children. We had the best time enjoying the pool . The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and grill out. The location is perfect and the bed in the master is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!Would highly recommend this house for game day or graduation
