Important payment and access information:

We do not use Booking’s payment processor, therefore the reservation payment must be made via bank transfer. A security deposit is also required and will be proportional to the total reservation amount. The booking is considered confirmed only once both the reservation payment and the deposit have been completed.



To grant access to the property, guests must complete an arrival form (ID and Selfie) and sign a short-term rental agreement. Failure to complete these requirements will result in NO access being granted to the property.



The Space:

The studio is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuxtla Gutierrez, you will be fascinated and comfortable with the characteristics and accessibility of the neighborhood. We are close to La Fuente, one of the points of interest in the city center.

We have the perfect location if you plan to visit the Sumidero Canyon and the attractions of the city and Chiapas.



In order to provide you with a comfortable, safe, and pleasant experience, we would like to inform you that our housekeeping team will carry out daily maintenance of the accommodation throughout your stay, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., always aiming to cause the least possible disruption. The cleaning service takes approximately 30 minutes. Kindly note that this daily housekeeping service is mandatory, in accordance with our internal protocols and for hygiene reasons.



Please note that we have several studios within the same property. The specific unit assigned will depend on availability at the time of your stay.

As a result, the studio you receive may differ slightly from the photos shown (such as room color, kitchen, or bathroom layout). However, all studios offer the same layout, amenities, and features, ensuring the same level of comfort and quality.



To ensure a comfortable arrival, we provide a courtesy starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper and soap. These items are intended for initial use only. Once they run out, guests are kindly asked to purchase any additional supplies needed, as we do not offer hotel-style services or daily restocking.



Guest Access:

The space is fully equipped with the amenities required to make the best of your stay. Ask for parking availability if required. The Internet and cable work perfectly in case you have to work or do Home Office. We provide sheets and blankets, towels.



The Neighborhood:

Tuxtla's boulevard and downtown has become a perfect walkable area. It has everything that you may need like cultural spots, museums, parks, bars, restaurants and OXXOs (convenience stores), shopping centers, supermarkets and bank. Everything at walking distance. It really is a very enjoyable area.

Other Things to Note:

We are located in a tropical area, and as such, it is occasionally possible to encounter small visitors, such as insects an inherent part of the charm of being so close to nature. We take great care to maintain the accommodation in a clean and well maintained condition, but it is advisable to consider this if you are not accustomed to the tropical climate.



Important: Prior to your arrival, guest verification with official identification must be completed in order to comply with current short-term rental regulations and offer greater protection to both our guests and our properties. Please do so before arriving at the property to facilitate a quick and easy check-in process. If this verification is not completed, access to the property cannot be granted and your reservation may be cancelled.
