Welcome to Oceanviews on Pearl, a coastal inspired, three-story modern townhouse that is located in central Kingscliff.

This stunning townhouse is only one street away from the white sands of Kingscliff Beach. You will enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom and the morning sea breeze and sunrise on the outdoor entertaining deck. When you are ready to explore, you are just a short walk to Kingscliff Beach, the popular Cudgen Creek and numerous cafes, eateries, shops and boutiques.

The large functional floor plan is sprawled across three levels. You enter the property at ground level with a double bedroom and its own private bathroom. It has internal access to the double garage complete with full laundry facilities. Follow the stairs to the second floor to find a seamless living space between indoor and outdoor, with a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area, and bifold doors opening up to a beautiful outdoor entertainment deck. This level also has a powder room for your convenience. Continue up the stairs to the third floor and you will find a private master bedroom retreat with your own kitchenette and bar fridge in the walk-in-robe, views to the ocean, and a large ensuite. This level also includes a family bathroom and the beautifully-styled queen bedroom and twin king-single bedroom.

Bedroom configurations (Sleeping up to 10 people):

- Master bed: 1 x Queen bed - located on the top level.
- Bed 2: 1 x Queen bed - located on the top level.
- Bed 3: 2 x King-Single - These can be pushed together to form a king upon request, located on the top level.
- Bed 4: 1 x Double bed - located on the lower level.
- 2 x Single airbeds can be arranged upon request and placed on level two.

Kingscliffe stay - Northern River Rail Trail

9 Adults stayed here for 2 nights and to explore the newly opened Northern Rivers Rail Trial. The property is perfect for 3 couples and 2 singles with extra in the lounge if needed. Great location to wake to the beach, shops, coffee or just relax. Highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation located in the heart of Kingscliff

My family loved staying at this accommodation. It was beautifully decked out and so comfortable for our group of 10. It had everything we needed, down to beach towels and laundry liquid! The location made it convenient to walk to the many cafes and of course the beach! We would definitely stay here again. After forgetting some things on check out, the property manager kindly met us later in the day to return our items

This is a beautiful property which is presented exactly as shown in the photos. The house was stocked with everything you would need (beautiful soaps, extra toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, milk & coffee plus much more), which was very impressive. Communication with the host was easy, friendly and fast. We would love to stay here many more times!
