We found bed bugs on the mattress after getting to the room and have the photos to prove it. They would NOT give us a refund. BEWARE. The desk staff were rude when we showed them the photos like we were trying to scam them or something.

This was a clean place to stay for a reasonable price as passing through on a road trip. Pet fee is reasonable. Only dislike about this place is that breakfast was advertised until 9 and at 815 they weren’t putting anymore food out.

Overall nice hotel. Check in took forever! Invoicing for my one-night stay got screwed up with a double charge that required lengthy follow up. Lastly, please do not require your front desk staff to literally read a disclaimer one-sheet regarding services and policies. It took a long time at check in with multiple customers in line.

Right off the freeway next to the Flying J Homeless everywhere. They keep the bathrooms locked so the homeless don’t use. You have to have a room to use the bathroom. Would not recommend. Hilton Garden 100% better same price!
