10 of us girls spent 5 days here, The place was clean, spacious and close to everything! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, which is wonderful with 10 ladies. Management awesome to work with. This house was pristine! A block away from the beach, perfect for kids, perfect amount of space for everyone to have their own room, their own bathroom, game room for the kids, hot tub for the adults (and kids), ample parking for 3 cars. We were 2 families, 2 additional solo adults, 4 kids. We came to run the Tybee Island 1/2 Marathon and Everyone had the best time!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids and this house was perfect! We had plenty of beds and space. The location was amazing! A short walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We had all that we needed to cook a dinner for 12 and make cookies. There was plenty of paper products and soaps in all of the bathrooms and kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and foosball table and adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub. We also enjoyed using both porches. The outdoor shower was super convenient after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely recommend large groups to stay here!
