This home has three levels with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 guests. The name of the property speaks for itself. Sunset Bay is THE place to stay. Sunset Bay is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for family-friendly beach vacations as well as for bachelor and bachelorette weekend getaways. Sunset Bay is located on the north end of Tybee Island in a private community where you can relax and enjoy your vacation needs. With private access to the beach, you can step outside and walk down our private boardwalk to the beautiful beach. Some activities you can do while staying at this property include, walking the beach, enjoying the water, searching for seashells, watching cargo ships pass through the shipping channel, spotting dolphins in the water, and stargazing throughout the night.
This newly remodeled property comes with four outstanding bedrooms, four custom tile bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, entertaining game room, relaxing living room space, and two large decks overlooking the spectacular views of the water and sunsets. As soon as you enter the property, you will see our new game room, which includes a Ping-Pong table, foosball table, board games, and a large smart flat screen tv where you can watch television while participating in the games. Our property also includes an elevator if assistance is needed to go up the stairs to the remaining floors.
The second floor of Sunset Bay is the main common area, where two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining room are located. The first bedroom consists of one queen bed with a smart tv and two closets. The first bathroom is a custom bathroom located right next to the laundry room. This bathroom consists of a custom tiled walk-in shower with quartz countertop on the vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, a smart tv, walk in closet, and a bunk bed bundle. The lower half of the bunk bed is a full-sized bed and the top bunk is a twin-sized bed. This room also has its own private patio with seating around a firepit as well. The large bathroom in this room contains a jetted tub, custom tile walk-in shower, and quartz countertop on the vanity.
Our kitchen includes an island with bar top seating for three people, many cabinets for food supplies, a separate bar counter and sink, and a variety of appliances. The appliances included in the kitchen are a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, blender, stove and oven, and dishwasher. Whether the family and friends are gathered around the island or while food is being prepared, you can enjoy being a part of the group with our open floor plan. The dining area houses our 8 person dining table, where you can dine as a group and see the ocean. Our living room area is relaxing and still allows you to feel a part of the group. The living room includes a smart tv with four couches.
The third and fourth rooms are located on the third floor. The first room includes a king bed and a workstation including a desk and chair for those that work remotely. The astonishing bathroom comes with a double vanity, an elegant walk-in custom shower with a tiled bench. The second room comprises two queen beds, a perfect little table and chairs set for children. The bathroom is a custom bathroom with a bathtub and vanity with quartz countertops. Both rooms have smart TVs and also have access to the third floor balcony where you can relax, see the ocean, and watch the sunset.

We welcome all who wish to stay at the property, but ask to treat the property with as much care as possible.
Upon departure, please have all dishes cleaned and in the dishwasher.
All rooms must be stripped and washer mush have one load of laundry being washed.
All trash must be removed from the property as well.
Excess sand and debris will lead to additional charges. To avoid tracking in sand, we have installed a hose and outdoors showers to accommodate this. Please rinse off before entering the house if anyone is very sandy. Thank you!
