Built in 1900, Tybee Island Sunset is a beautifully preserved cottage that will provide a memorable stay for couples and best friends. Enjoy some indoor time with a favorite cable series on the flatscreen TV, or relax on the back room love seat. On hot days, fix a chilled glass of sweet tea and take it onto the deck, where you'll sit underneath the shade of Live Oak trees. Or head back inside and settle in under the cool breeze of ceiling fans.

If you get hungry, whip up a light snack in the kitchenette (it has a small stovetop/oven and a mini fridge). You could even head out back and enjoy a simple al fresco meal on the deck where there's seating on an Adirondack lounger and padded chairs, plus a round table with an umbrella in the yard. Feeling like grilling out? Simply fire up the shared charcoal grill for a barbecue.

Wake with some morning coffee, then connect to the free WiFi to plan your adventures. Another day on the beach is always a great choice, but if you're looking to explore the city scene, head just 17 miles west to Savannah. There you'll find tidy parks with ornate fountains, plenty of historic landmarks, and even more shops and eateries in the City Market area. But if you want to stay closer to home, that's fine too - enjoy coastal activities like windsurfing, fishing, kayaking/canoeing, wildlife viewing, and more only minutes from this cottage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
