You will be staying in a listed stone house dating from 1604, which once belonged to a fisherman from Lake Chiemsee. This unique maisonette apartment offers 190 m² of space for 6–8 people and combines historic charm with modern comfort. On the ground floor, you will find the open-plan living and cooking area, which offers plenty of space for spending time together. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Two further bathrooms are also available. The furnishings harmoniously combine tradition and modernity.



A special highlight is the in-house wellness area, which invites you to relax: swim a few laps in the pool, unwind in the sauna, or find your center in the yoga room. For the ultimate in relaxation, there is also a massage room at your disposal.



From the front yard, you can look out over horse pastures and surrounding farms. Tables and chairs are available here for your outdoor breakfast or a barbecue under the open sky. While you enjoy complete privacy in this spacious maisonette, the sprawling historic estate accommodates a total of three other residential units, giving the house a lively yet peaceful atmosphere.
