Casa Messapica Mono is a studio vacation home in the heart of
Ugento, along one of the main streets of the ancient town located just 4
km from the beaches of Lower Salento.
The studio offers up to 4 beds and is equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, TV and mosquito nets.

The Mono is part of a complex of 3 adjacent vacation homes, which are called Casa Messapica.
The spacious studio has an outdoor courtyard with flower beds and a veranda, furnished and of exclusive use. The house has impressive star vaults with exposed stones.
The interior consists of large open space with dining room, built-in kitchen, 2 single sofa beds and 1 double bed. Completes the interior 1 shower room.

The
vacation home Casa Messapica Mono is located in the historic center of
Ugento, a short walk from all the main architectural and cultural
attractions of the town, in Lower Salento. All the main services are
present in Ugento.
The nearest beach is Torre San Giovanni,
Ugento`s famous marina on the Ionian Sea, just 4 km away. Very close are
all the most beautiful beaches on that stretch of coast such as Torre
Mozza, Lido Marini and Pescoluse. 
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden with other 2 houses, separated by plants and flowers.
