Located on the top floor the apartment has ocean views over Mollymook Beach and looks over the large lawn area as well as the pool. It is a resort style complex with a pool, tennis court and BBQ area.
The apartment itself is light, airy and has everything you need for a short stay or a mini break. It has a well equipped kitchen, internal laundry and a lovely sunny verandah, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while enjoying the view.

Mollymook is best known for its excellent surf beach of sweeping clean sands and clear waters and its neighbouring lush green golf course.

Great location with an ocean view, sufficient space for our family of five and having a parking spot on the property was great. Easy walk to Mollymook beach! Itâd even be better with Wi-Fi because mobile phone reception is next to none in the apartment.
Good unit at a top location with a good view. My first ever negative review. The owner would be aware that this unit needs attention. TV doesn't work at all, no signal. Fridge didnt keep milk or food cold. Lounges are uncomfortable, moss on the brickwork on the balcony. Eves coming away above the balcony. All reported to the agent. We still enjoyed our weekend away as this area is top notch.
All mattresses were appeared to be bit old. The mattress- protectors were not cleaned. We were asked to bring the linens only. However, putting linen over the mattress protectors was not enough to avoid itchiness when adults or kids laid over these mattresses.
When we got the vacuum machine out of the cupboard, cupboard smelt like cockroach-infestation. Vacuum machine was full of dirt and did not working at that time. I, myself, was required to clean it thoroughly to make it working.
We were given email address to inform any issue of the unit by the property manager. However, the email address did bounce back.
As a result of all of these, Not a single night went well. Kids could not slept well, adults could not slept well and as a result of that the trip did not go pleasant enough for holiday.
Great location and a good sized balcony for meals with a great view of the beach.
Unfortunately we had bad weather and it rained 5 out of 5 days. We spent most of our afternoons and nights in, but we found the lounges were the most uncomfortable we have experienced. They both were very sunken in and it was hard to get into a comfortable position. Getting up from them felt like you were sitting on the floor. There was also the click click click of the overhead fan in the loungeroom which was annoying.
Apart from that the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
