Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.



If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Scott at South Coast Linen Hire at and Scott would be happy to assist with all of your linen hire needs.



Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.



Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.



There is a small amount of wood provided for the first night and then you can purchase extra bags of wood at the service stations or Bunnings in Ulladulla if required at your own cost.



Pets are not permitted.



This property has a strict No party policy. Booking guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.



The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Mollymook Milton Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.
