Welcome to our charming property, conveniently located within walking distance of Hoad Monument, offering an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District National Park.
Ground Floor:
A cozy living room adorned with rustic beams, a multi-fuel burner, and a slate floor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, you can relax and unwind after a day of adventure, while enjoying the 28" Smart TV.
Adjacent to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen/dining room, featuring modern amenities including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The slate floor continues here, providing a seamless and stylish space for your culinary endeavors.
First Floor:
As you ascend to the first floor, you'll find a tranquil bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep to prepare you for another day of exploration.
The bathroom on this floor offers both a shower over the bath and a toilet, complete with underfloor heating to enhance your comfort.
Additional Amenities:
Heating is provided by the multi-fuel burner, ensuring a cozy and inviting ambiance throughout the property.

The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.
We also supply individual toiletries for guests (shampoo, body wash and soap) and 2 toilet rolls which usually lasts 2 days.
