You can relax on the two balconies, one at the entrance and the other at the exit of the kitchen with the staircase leading to the garden. The garden is shared with the owners where you can relax in the shade under the tree in the middle of the garden.

The house is only 8 km away from the center of Umag, while 2.5 km from the beach.
