The house is located in the village of Bašanija near the sea, away from the center of Umag 6 km. The location is quiet with a magnificent view of the meadows and a side view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house with a large fenced yard. In the courtyard there is a fenced private parking.
The recently renovated apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which with a small balcony, bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, wc. The sleeping area is divided from the living area by a door. In the entrance hall there is a wardrobe with a safe. The living area is very bright, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, oven, fridge with freezer area, dishwasher (the tablets are not provided), coffee machine, the dining table with 6 chairs, the dining area Open living room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, two air conditioners. From the living room the exit to the balcony with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the sea from the side.
The pebble beach is only 350 m away while the center of Bassania is 600 m away where you will find the bakery, bar, post office, bank, restaurants. The nearest supermarket, the Pineta campsite and the nearest bar at only 290 m.
The closest restaurant is 150 m away.
