Only 15 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai international airport, 20 minutes to Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa harbor while the appealing Seminyak, famous for its boutiques, International-acclaimed restaurants and nightlife entertainment is accessible within 30 minutes drive. This elegant and luxurious privately owned villa provides all the comforts and glamour of modern tropical living while preserving a distinctive Balinese charm in an exotic atmosphere. The villa is comprised of four bedrooms, was designed by Ross J M Peat of Seriously Designed Architect Australia. Each bedroom featured air-conditioning, king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, bathtub in the master bedroom, walk-in shower and dressing rooms. The outdoor area features a 16x3 meter swimming pool with large pool deck, 4 sun chairs with 2 deck umbrellas. There is also a bale or relaxing area with green trees as a back drop. Neat tropical gardens on every corner adds the sophisticated atmosphere of the property.

1st Bedroom (Master Bedroom)
This luxury air-conditioned master bedroom is located on the ground level next to the living area. It overlook the swimming pool with option of full block out pull down curtains for privacy. It features a warm timber floor, an extra king-sized bed with a unique backdrop, modern cabinets and elegant carpet, ceiling fan, 42 flat screen TV with satellite channels. There is also a dressing room furnished with drawers, hair dryer, safety box, wardrobe and large mirror. A Yamaha classic piano adds the beauty of this master bedroom. The en-suite, with a marble floor bathroom includes a bathtub, walk-in shower, wash basin with modern tap-ware.

2nd Bedroom (Guest Master Bedroom)
This classic chic 2nd bedroom or master guest bedroom is located on the second floor. This bedroom is furnished with air-conditioning, warm timber floor with marble as a border, a king-sized bed with bedside tables, a dark wood drawer cabinet , a 42 flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. It is also fitted with a ceiling fan, safety box and pull down full block-out curtain for privacy. The en-suite bathroom is furnished with air-conditioning, marble flooring, walk-in shower, wash basin with modern tap-ware and dressing area with a large mirror.

3rd and 4th Bedroom (Guest Bedroom)
These minimalist modern 3rd and 4th bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and are furnished with air-conditioning, warm timber floor with marble as a border , king-sized bed with bedside tables, a white duco-painted table on which stands a 32 flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. These bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans, safety boxes and pull- down full block out curtains for privacy, while the en-suite bathrooms are furnished with marble floors, walk-in showers, wash basins with modern tap-ware and dressing area with large mirrors.

Living Room and Dining Area
This large open plan area is the heart of the villa. It is comprised of a chefs kitchen at the rear with chilled aqua water & ice maker, 6 seater dining table, luxurious lounge suite & large coffee table. Bi-fold doors open up easily to the pool area for direct access to the outdoor dining area, pool, decking and entertaining area. Perfect for accommodating large gatherings and parties, or to be closed up to become air-conditioned comfort which features a stone wall mounted 62 Flat screen TV & Bose HI-FI stereo system with a selection of CDs, DVDs and satellite channels.

Each bedrooms featured warm timber floor, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player and safe deposit box. A spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area completed with large table bar for meal preparation, fully equipped dry and wet kitchen, coffee lounge, entertainment area with 62" flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and Bose Hi-Fi. There is also an outdoor dining area. A bale or relaxing area is overlooking the swimming pool featured with pool deck, sun chairs with umbrella and manicured gardens.

Three Villa Attendants
The villa attendants work in shifts to attend to all housekeeping and laundry services. They also work cooperatively with the on-call chef and butler to serve guests of the villa. The attendants perform the daily offerings throughout the villa, in keeping with Balinese Hindu tradition.

Chef and Cook
The villa is proud to have an excellent chef trained in local & international cuisine who works with a capable assistant cook. The chef takes personal responsibility for market shopping to ensure the freshest and best quality produce, seafood and meats. This service is available upon request with additional cost to the guest's account.

Gardener & Pool Attendant
The friendly gardener works discreetly to maintain the beautiful gardens and to maintain and test the pool daily without disturbing the guests. The villa is also regularly maintained by professional fogging and termite system controller.

Two Security Guards
The security guards are hired from the local village to ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.

Baby-Sitter
Baby sitter service, including baby cots, high chair, toddler car seat and child booster seat is available upon request with additional cost to the guest's account.
