Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to post your review, I was disheartened to see that we only deserved 1 star in your opinion. I can confirm that being on a remote part of the island, that transport to and from the resort can be difficult, but we do our best to arrange this for guests. We do not use fishing boats, but 2 small water taxi's. Apologies if this was not to your liking. I do not see a date in which you stayed at the resort, but I can assure you that a maintenance plan has been put in place, and new products like sun lounger cushions are now on site. Please understand that it is not very easy or time effective to order quality products and have them here the next day. Unfortunately, the carribean weather does play some part on the wear and tear of hotel property. Staff training has been reviewed and implemented regarding your above mentioned issues. I wish you every success in your future travels and would like to once again, thank you for sharing your opinion.
