Our room was right by the lobby so we got to hear the late night check ins AND the loud early morning noises in the breakfast area (just outside our door). Some of the furniture in the breakfast area needs attention; it's worn and dirty. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets are really nice.

The property was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The only downsides were the condition of the bathroom, which only had one small towel bar and at least seven broken floor tiles, and the complete lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear every single noise from our neighbor's room and bathroom, as if he was in the room with us.

The building is very dated. Granted, they make an effort to keep it up but it’s a losing battle. Staff levels inadequate. Was left with one bath towel after housekeeping service (2 guests in room) and was told no one available to bring another. Had to go down and get it. Unacceptable for this property and price.

Regular Guest

We stay here regularly when visiting family. This time the room wasn't quite as up to par as usual. I accidentally requested a two-queen instead of a king...my mistake. But the shower drain stopper was broken so we couldn't adjust it and had to remove it. Also, the window shade chain clip was broken so it wouldn't hold the shade part way...it dropped down HARD whether you wanted it to or not. The Greener Stay benefit of extra points is nice! This hotel is still better than the Hampton down the road!
