The space was great and well equipped. Frustratingly, the parking directions were incorrect on two counts. Directions indicate code *. But it was code #. The off hours number produced no people and when someone called back after several minutes, she didn't have the correct information either. On a lark we entered # and it worked. We advised the person from the management company. Too, the directions said you can park in any spot on the lower level. However, there are two spots that are reserved and not necessarily well marked ... faded hard to read paint on the cement and, if you drive through the space there is a sign that you can easily miss if you don't have a reason to go to the back of your car having already unloaded at the unloading zone.

Great place location

Everything was actually perfect! Extremely clean. If you’re looking for ultra new/modern then this place isn’t for you. Has older furniture kitchen table but it was really quant and clean. Other than a light bulb over stove needs replacing I can honestly say it was one of the best locations that you can walk /take bus to every thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The condo was clean and perfect size for my husband and me. It had a large comfortable king size bed and two full bathrooms, full kitchen and living room with fireplace. It was warm during the week we stayed (high 70’s), but the condo cooled off quickly in the evenings with the windows open and using the fan in the closet. The noise from the restaurant below was only an issue around 11pm after we went to bed, however the loud fan drowned out the noise pretty well. This was what we expected and we will be back to stay here again.

Vail Village Ski Week

The location was fantastic and the condo was functional. The management company was nice. It was difficult to find. Directions would have helped as it is slightly tricky. The unit needs updating. Carpets are old. Dishwasher does not work well. Dishes do not fit in the dishwasher. Fridge door opens wrong way. Laundry coin operated in basement. Perfect for a couple of guys.

Great Condo Poor Location

Thqe condo is in a great area of vail but it backs up to Sebastian and a restaurant. very noisy at night, til 11 when quiet rules begin. The noise starts early with delivery trucks for restaurants. The wifi for TV was spotty. hard to watch TV. blurry or spinning donut. Bed was comfy.

Not What I Expected

The good: it is located right in Vail Village. The kitchen is nice. The bad: the owners need to buy a new mattress. It was old, hard and bumpy. We are active healthy people with no back problems. However, we both had achy backs in the morning and didn’t sleep well. The pillows need to be thrown away, they are so flat. The windows are not soundproof and we could hear even normal conversations outside the building as if they were in the room with us. This is with the windows closed. There is no view and the balcony is too small to sit on. It is right next to the Sebastian Hotel and they are doing major construction work on their spa and we heard drilling, sawing and pounding from 7 am to 7 pm. The couches are not comfortable. So overall we expected to come back to the unit to rest and relax but there was no place to relax! It felt awkward and cluttered. Very disappointed. The pictures are misleading.

Vail village

This property is tough to rate, but I think for me the negatives are too many. It’s a nice condo in the heart of Vail village. It sits above a restaurant that is very noisy late at night and the service entrance is right below the bedroom window. Every night at midnight I was awakened by loud staff and garbage being rattled around in cans. Next the bathrooms are ancient and need a serious makeover. The mattress is hard and not comfortable. Also the hot water for a shower ran out after 2 people use it consecutively. On the bright side the amenities at the Sebastian are great and there is a big ski locker. Kitchen fully equipped which was great for someone who wants to cook.

Vail Village Plaza Inn

This was our first time staying directly in Vail Village, and we enjoyed it. With the windows open, you get all the noise and color of Vail (which includes the after hours cleanup from the restaurant directly below the condo). The condo is very cozy and nicely appointed. We did notice numerous cigarette butts in one of the planters on the balcony, which was surprising. The pool and hot tubs located next door at the Sebastian Hotel are nice, but access for Village Plaza Inn residents is limited to 9 am-6 pm. Also, contrary to the property listing, there is no access to the fitness center at the Sebastian. The elevator was out for most of our visit (a surprise to us and apparently the property manager). The parking was great, and easily accessible via a tunnel between the parking garage and property.

The idiot answering the phone didnt knoe where unit was. I called teice, then he stopped answering. I then called after hours mgt. they said they’d get a note to on call of vail mgt. i never got a return call. Had to stay elsewhere for first night. Then found unit the next day.

Great Location

We stayed here for 5 nights in the summer of 21. It was a great place and everything was super easy. Given that the owners use it, everything about it was comfortable. I am not one to be super picky so the stay was fine, but if I was being one of those picky people, my feedback to the owners and property managers would be: The bed was "ok", but in this day and age, with mattresses being so cheap, get rid of the old box spring with an egg carton topper and invest in a Tuft and Needle/Purple/Whatever. My back was a bit tight after 5 nights but I am a bit sensitive to that. Also, we couldn't find any garbage bags besides the one in the can (maybe there were some under the inserted bag?). Either way, it wasn't clear and we had to snag some of our own, so maybe include more bags, paper towels, etc. If they are there, then just make them more obvious. The only "legit" complaint I have was against the wifi speed. When doing a speed test, it came back at a download speed of 3mbs, so anything streaming was basically out of the question. All that being said, I would without a doubt stay there again and recommend this place to others. I just wouldn't count on Netflix, Zoom or anything else internet related from being stable (non smart TV's). But in the end, it was a clean place with great amenities in the heart of the village and right above a cheesesteak I am a huge fan of.

Great location

The condo was perfect for a senior couple. Walked everywhere. Shops, gondola, restaurants all close by. The condo was dated, but perfectly adequate with two full baths. Management company was easy to reach and very responsive to any issues. Slightly complicated checking in with different codes for entry, garage, etc.., but we learned as we went.

Wonderful location

This property is very convenient to the village of Vail. The decor is a little dated and definitely aimed at the ski condo feel. It has two full bathrooms and the configuration is such that it would be very comfortable with someone sleeping on the couch as they wouldn't have to bother any one in the main suite. The king bed is extremely comfortable. It is right over a restaurant, but we could not hear anything except for food deliveries early in the morning,

Nice condo for 2 people, decorated nicely and very comfortable and clean. Location made walking the village very easy. The condo overlooks an alley and there is a bit of noise on week-end nights. Just a minor inconvenience.

Good location

The place was well-equipped with all the amenities. It was very clean. Getting to the unit was a goat rope, but the instructions were very clear...it just took lots of reading to get to the unit. The unit was uncomfortable from a temperature standpoint. There's no AC (at least we couldn't find it) and there were no ceiling fans. Because the location is so central, it was very noisy at night; therefore, we couldn't sleep with the windows open to allow airflow through the bedroom. Would encourage adding AC to the unit.

5 day snowboarding trip

Three of us stayed here. The location was unbeatable with only a 10 minute walk to Gondola One. The apartment was clean. The instructions for the parking, codes, etc. were extremely detailed and manageable. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT Location and loved the property.

We loved the condo and plan to stay again. It's location is perfect for us. We hike and fish so access to the parking garage and walking to restaurants, spa's and shops is more important than the slopes. There were some issues that if I could private message the owners, I would because I don't really consider it a problem with the property, but the management company. There was a lot of construction going on and they worked really late and blared music. Literally, I was in our shower singing along with their music! Never found the pool or hot tub and nothing provided to direct us there. Called the maintenance number provided to get instructions on the heating system and never received a call back. The laundry facilities did not take credit cards and there was no way to make change. You have a lovely property but need to make the management company "step up." The multiple numbers for the garage and entrances was a bit confusing but worked absolutely perfectly. Thank you for letting us stay. A cup of coffee in front of your fireplace was a perfect beginning to each day.

Really cute place in town!

This little condo was exactly what we needed! Right in town and having the garage/covered parking was a godsend since parking in Vail village is quite expensive (and no shoveling snow off your car!). The directions to get from the garage to the actual condo/where you unload the car are quite confusing and we definitely struggled quite a bit to find the actual building entrance when we arrived! We walked in circles carrying heavy bags, so I suggest you find the entrance empty handed first! Kitchen is little but has plenty of space to cook if you so choose. You'll need to pick up all the kitchen essentials though because nothing is stocked. We brought our own coffee/sugar/spices/tinfoil/ziploc bags for cooking and packing lunches. Overall the unit was very quiet the time of year we went (2nd week of April), though you can hear rowdier people on the street walking through occasionally at night. Other PROS: easy access to hot tub next door, ski locker, indoor parking, nice decor and comfy couches CONS: a lot of different door codes to access different things, confusing directions when you're not familiar with the area, a little more of a trek to the gondola than we expected (that ski gear is exhausting at the end of a long day!), only 1 outlet in the bedroom and it was falling out of the wall
