Apartment 'Coulée Douce' with Mountain View and Wi-Fi

Our apartment, LA COULEE DOUCE, is on the ground floor of our house. Close to the ski lifts in winter (approx. 600 m walk) and hiking trails in summer. The apartment is available from 5:30 p.m. and must be vacated between 9 and 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Our apartment is on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance. There is a parking space for ONE car (ONE passenger car). In the basement of our house, we have a wellness area (including a shower, a whirlpool bath and a sauna) where we will be pleased to offer you one hour for the entire stay (for any additional hours, you will have to pay an extra 25.00 euros per session). The wellness area is completely private.





Please note, even if the website says otherwise, I don't supply towels, I rent them: 8.00 euros for a large one and 5.00 euros for a small one. Apart from towels, I supply all household linen (bed sheets, dish and hand towels, bath mats) and cleaning products, as we ask you to leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived (I would point out that your reservation implies that you respect the fact of leaving the apartment CLEAN, without questioning this point once you're there). In view of a number of inconveniences, I now require a deposit of 60 euros for cleaning. This cheque will not be cashed and will be returned if the apartment is left clean. It is possible to recharge your electric car, if necessary, directly with us for a supplement of 10 euros per recharge and cash.
