We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. A non-refundable $75.00 pet fee per pet, per stay applies when booking. Please disclose all pets when making your reservation.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and pool. We have some locked closets. Our cleaners keep their supplies in these closets. Please do not attempt to open or unlock them. Guests will not have access to the garage during their stay.

Other things to note
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking or vaping indoors will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee

• *Please note: All fireplaces throughout the home are decorative only and are not functional.*

• Please supervise children around Lego pieces, outdoor games, and the pool area

• For safety and security, exterior Ring cameras are installed at the front door, outside the side pool door (covering the exterior entry only), and on the garage floodlight. There are no cameras inside the home or within the pool area

• No parties, events, receptions, or large gatherings permitted

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless pre-approved in writing by the host

• The home’s maximum occupancy of 10 guests applies to all individuals on the property, including daytime visitors and non-overnight guests

• Decorations, balloons, confetti, glitter, tape, adhesives, command strips, nails, or anything attached to walls, ceilings, furnishings, doors, windows, or exterior surfaces are not permitted

• Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange large furniture items within the home

• Quiet hours must be respected out of consideration for neighbors and the surrounding community

• To help protect the HVAC system and conserve energy, the air conditioning is designed to automatically shut off if an exterior door or window remains open for an extended period. The system will resume normal operation once the door or window has been closed.
