This 3BR/2BATH southern-style home is the perfect escape with its simple charm, cozy ambiance, rustic accents, the right amount of sunlight coming through, and the beautiful view of the pond while relaxing on the large back porch. Whether you are passing through with family, visiting for the holidays, a girl get-a-way, or on business, we would love to accommodate your needs.

Enjoy the outdoors? Wild Adventures theme park is only 20 minutes away, or you can walk half a mile to Freedom Park, a perfect place for nature lovers. Evenings can be spent around the outside fire pit, playing basketball, feeding the fish, or just star-gazing. Prefer to stay-in? High speed internet is available as well as a ROKU smart-tv with access to Netflix and Prime in the great room and tv’s in the bedrooms also.

For our guests who enjoy cooking their own meals, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils and kitchenware necessary. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are also provided.

There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-in closet that provides ample storage room for luggage and to hang items. It also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have additional storage. Lastly is the guest bathroom which has a toilet seat and a tub/shower combo. Here you will find clean towels and washcloth along with complimentary travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap.

For a small extra fee, a small pet (up to 15lbs) is allowed. Please see additional information in pricing. Keep in mind there is not a fence around the home or pond so we do ask that they are kept on a leash if necessary.
