Check-in was nice and easy. Had a butterfly come out of the air vent at night which was not nice. AC was not working properly either. Otherwise, the room was good. Location was great, just one street away from the City of Arts and Sciences which was very convenient. Turia park can lead you to Old Town. Excellent pastry shop around the corner for breakfast option (La Pequena Pasteleria de Mama Valencia) and dining options around.

overall this is an OK hotel, if you get a good deal on price, otherwise doesnt live to normal NH standards rooms are small, gym is very very small, pool is tiny - but all of these are usable again if you get a good deal overall. Breakfast was bland and not worth the money. Area is great and very accessible. Lots of options nearby though and is great to walk around

It was very well located and the bus passed just in front of the hotel. It was a short walking distance from the Ciudad de las Artes, just a block away. And there was a shopping center with huge supermarket two blocks from the hotel.

Loud AC and almost no cool air, refrigerator not working at all, there was a silver fish on the ceiling, asked for a double bed, but got two single beds instead; I had a really good experience at NH Vigo but not NH Valencia Las Artes, it would be decent if the price was 50eur, but I paid 110eur per night, you would expect better.
