Perfect for families! Very bright and quiet apartment in the old city for 2 to 5 people with 3 bedrooms. Located in the heart of the historic center of Valencia, in a privileged location 1 minute from the Torres de Serranos, the Barrio del Carmen and the Plaza de la Virgen in the Barrio de la Seu (Cathedral), in the charming Plaza Cisneros, characterized by its stately buildings. A few minutes walk are the main monuments and museums of the city and the most representative buildings headquarters of the Valencian government. The Plaza Cisneros is pedestrianized and is one of the quietest and quietest in the center of Valencia.

A few meters from the property you can find all the services: restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, tapas bars, cafes, supermarkets, banks, bicycle rental, parking, etc. Barrio del Carmen is 200 meters away.

The apartment was renovated in an integral way in April 2015. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with office and dining area. It is located on a 4th floor with elevator. Equipped with flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nesspreso capsule coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils, hairdryer, iron, baby cot, high chair and bathtub for babies, in addition to the intercom. The windows have the double glazing system 'Climalit' and special width profiles that make the apartment a warm space in winter and cool in summer. Although, of course, we have air conditioning in the living room and several heating plates for the whole house. We put at your disposal a good WIFI (fiber optic) connection and the sheets and bath towels. We will welcome you and we will give you the necessary information to make your stay unforgettable. :))

Less than 2 minutes walk from the Plaza Cisneros, there is a taxi rank, a Valenbisi station to rent bicycles and a bus stop with good connections to the beaches and the 'City of Arts and Sciences'. Metro (tram) 'Pont de Fusta' (line 4) is 400 meters away and is direct to the beach of Malvarrosa, Cabañal or Las Arenas.

The metro station 'Alameda' (lines 3 and 5) is 15 minutes on foot and has direct connection to Valencia airport.

Perfect apartment! It was very clean, had soft sheets and comfortable beds. Communication was great with the property manager, and check in was very easy. It was in the perfect location. You can walk everywhere.

A great location with excellent metro connections and a flat walk into the old town. Excellent selection of stores close by with an amazing bakery on the corner. The property was small but very well equipped (we had already noted no oven which was fine for us). Clara was very helpful.

Great location

A clean, comfortable and quiet apartment in a fantastic location. Right in the heart of the old city, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral, the Serranos tower, the covered market and a great bakery! Hosts couldn't be more helpful. All bedroom have double (or larger) beds. Lovely cafes and restaurants close by as well as a Carrefour for essentials.

Fabulous location!

This apartment is in a quiet but lovely section of old town. It was the perfect location to walk for shopping, restaurants and historic attractions. Check in was flexible and easy. We did find some dishes in the cupboards that were not clean and the unit could use a clothes dryer but overall it was great and we enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to return!

A week holiday family trip with 3 small kids

We had a very good time in the appartment as it had an amazing location, very quiet and still only few steps from the best part of the city with its squares, historical landmarks and bars/restaurants. Smal supermarket is just around the corner, bus directly to science city is 200m from the appt on the main strreet as is a tram acroos the bridge linked directly to the beach
