Appartement au 1er étage d'une surface de 100 mètres carrés. Des plafonds hauts de 3,10 m et 4 grandes portes fenêtres donnent à cet appartement un sentiment d'espace et de volume. Il est situé au premier étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble de 4 étages typique de Valencia et donne sur une place en plein centre de Valencia.
Des pièces spacieuses et lumineuses qui vous accueillent dans un confort hautement moderne (Connexion Wifi haut débit, téléviseur écran plat câblé avec plus de 80 chaînes nationales et internationales).
Très grande cuisine (20 m2) entièrement équipée - il y a même une armoire à pharmacie et un nécessaire de couture pour les petits 'accrocs' de la vie courante :). En fait, nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour que vous passiez un séjour confortable, agréable et sûr !
Vous n'avez besoin de rien hormis vos affaires personnelles.

Wonderful, spacious apartment. Great neighborhood about a mile walk from the busier, more touristy part of the city. Coffee shops and markets close by. Me and my two friends absolutely loved it!!!

The apartment has all of the services and great location as mentioned in the VRBO description. We really loved that there were ample dishes, pans, utensils AND there was an empty cupboard that we could store our groceries.Everything worked perfectly, the beds and furniture were all comfy, clean and well maintained.There is a full service grocery market half a block away and two green grocers two doors down, coffee shops and bars within a block too.The neighbourhood is quiet and we walked everywhere, but there are plenty of bus stops near by. This is a great place to base yourself and enjoy Valencia, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great apt and location

We were so lucky to find this gem in a truly Valencian quarter of the city- not touristy, safe, well located, easy walk or bus to the old center. In the flat all the commodities you could need for a family holiday, we had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday here. We will visit again for sure.

Spacious apartment, centrally located

Nice clean apartment, well equipped and well located within walking distance of old city. As there were 4 adults staying there it would have been more convenient to have another toilet/shower room, but manageable.We rented bikes for our long weekend stay which was a great way to explore as the city and surrounding areas (including beaches) are well set up for cycling.The host was accommodating and we would recommend the apartment to others for the price.

This place is very well situated on a busy street about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The shutters are so effective we were not really bothered by noise. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has everything you would need for either a short or long stay.

Excellent Location

The best thing is that it is not in a tourist area. Fairly close to the city centre. Possibly the best thing is the bar next door. We had a great time engaging with the locals and making new friends. Fruit shop and supermarket all within a stones throw. The beach at El Cabanyal is not too far away, and a beautiful beach it is.

Great value for price.

Great value for the price. Communication was flawless. It was cool in the apartment even without using the AC. It's just a 10 minute walk from Rusaffa with restaurants and bars. The place is fully equiped. Rooms are small and everything you need for a trip to Valencia.

Great apartment

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in lovely area within walking distance of most attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all nearby. The Turia river bed gardens and beach are a short bus journey away. Host was very accommodating allowing us an early check in after our early flight. Having left items at the apartment on our departure, the host kindly posted these to me free of charge. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
