On the hills of Vallauris overlooking the Mediterranean, this elegant 200 mÂČ villa offers a peaceful retreat between Cannes and the CĂŽte dâAzur coastline. Surrounded by a landscaped garden and featuring a private swimming pool, it invites guests to enjoy the Riviera in a calm and spacious setting.
Just above Cannes, Vallauris offers sweeping views over the Mediterranean while remaining close to the energy of the coastline. From here, the beaches and the Croisette are only a short drive away, while the surrounding hills provide a quiet escape from the city.
Set within a 2000 mÂČ landscaped garden, this spacious villa welcomes up to eight guests and enjoys beautiful sea views from several rooms and outdoor spaces.
Inside, the living and dining room creates a bright central space with a large sofa and TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washer-dryer.
Three bedrooms are located in the main villa, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while a third bedroom includes two single beds.
An independent studio, accessible through the garage, offers additional privacy with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The studio is equipped with a fan.
Outside, the landscaped garden opens onto several terraces ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The private swimming pool, secured with an alarm system, allows guests to enjoy sunny Riviera days in complete tranquility.
The beaches can be reached in about ten minutes by car, while the Palais des Festivals is approximately fifteen minutes away.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from âŹ45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a âŹ15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to: - Empty the refrigerator - Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher - Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a âŹ36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

The property is beautiful as is the house itself. However, there were a few issues the owner should address. The first was ants--there were lots of them, which became quite the nuisance. We intentionally avoided cooking in the house, and or dining outside because of them. Frankly, the infestation of ants affected our ability to fully enjoy the property. Second, my daughter chose to stay in the downstairs apartment, which gave me pause because the doors do not lock. Third, the apartment is not air conditioned and can get quite warm, not to mention it also had major ant issues. We really liked the property, but would have liked it much more if it came without the ants.
Views are great. Property clean. Ant problem though so spraying daily was part of the experience. Studio bedroom accessible through the garage does not have a secure lock from inside. AC unit in one of the bedrooms ran warm. Communication with property management was sometimes disjointed due to multiple contacts on rotation and sometimes folks not all being in the loop.Overall I'd give the beauty of the property and location a 4.5 but total experiemce a 3.
