A cozy open plan flat with a new enlarged bathroom just installed in 2025. All you need on a quiet street on the edge of the city centre. Excellent transport links around Valletta by shuttle bus (that stops 10ft from the front door) and Island-wide buses everywhere from the top of Valletta. The property is made up of two main connecting rooms linked by an archway and the new ensuite shower room is accessed via the bedroom area. Perfectly located in Valletta with history, shopping and restaurants. It's also just a 2-minute walk to a rocky beach where you can swim. The property has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen-dining, living area. There is a large flat screen smart TV and Fast Wifi. Location. Our flat is well located in a quiet part of town just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife and restaurant areas of the city yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle sometimes associated with a busy Capital City. For the swimmers, it's also just a 2-minute walk to Wuesternwinds Beach. This hidden gem is a peaceful rocky swim beach alongside an old fishing village with amazing views of the Grand Harbour. Relax and enjoy the sun and sea just a few moments from your apartment.
