Farm Getaway with hot tub and private indoor heated pool

Relax and experience farm life on a working 34 acre horse farm just 5 miles from Spokane's south hill. Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing.

After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck next to the gas firepit, or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65 in smart TV.

Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining, a gas fire pit, and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.

If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.

This is a perfect venue for group gatherings,of less than 40 people, such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and weddings. However there will be an additional charge for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event. Charge will depend on the size and type of the event. To get a quote you will need to tell us a little bit about your plans.

During the winter season, October to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.

Overall we had a decent stay. It sufficed for what we needed it for. It is a large property with a lot of room. Everyone had fun in the pool. The hot tub popped the breaker a few times. The BBQ didn't want to start at first and definitely needs to be cleaned... so does the oven. We found some rodent poop in some drawers in the kitchen. There is a HUGE ... HUGE issue with flies... And you can see there are fly guts smooshed all over from previous guests. The walls are pretty filthy in all areas of the house, bugs in picture frames, and there seemed to be some possible mold growing down on the walls above the slider for the pool. There is a cleaning fee, but you have to pull all of the towels and linens and start them for them... Same with dishes. They also say pet friendly, but don't tell you there is a pet fee until the three days before the booking in their instructions. Could be way better/cleaner for the amount you pay to rent.

The kids had so much fun in the pool! Going down the slide. There was a pool table, we all had so much fun!! The kids running in the yard wirh the dogs. The beds were comfortable! All around an amazing time!! Most importantly we were able to all be together!!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We were looking for something relaxing for the parents with some fun for the kids. This property couldnt have been more perfect! Everyone had their own space including bathrooms ( major plus with teenage girls). Yet we were able to enjoy lots of quality family time in the pool and playing pool. My huaband and I are both cooks for a living and this kitchen was perfect to cook good family meals. The girls loved feeding the horses grass! All in all, we had a wonderful time and would stay again if the host would have us.

Perfect Stay!

Ten of us stayed comfortably in this beautiful home! This house could not be more perfect for two families. Every bathroom has shower facilities which was so helpful and there was an entire bathroom we didn't even use! So much space! The kitchen and laundry room were fully outfitted with dishes, cookware, Tide pods, etc and there was so much extra bedding and linens in every closet (we didn't need them but they were there if we did). The indoor pool was amazing for our kids, and the many provided towels and pool toys were so nice. The property is gorgeous and well maintained and the kids had a blast running around. The moms and dads enjoyed late nights on the front porch and huge back deck. Beautiful sunsets and clear skies for stargazing at night. We all enjoyed visiting with the horses and hearing their neighs. Two kitties came to see us a couple times too. Excellent, easy and quick drive into the city of Spokane- only about 20 minutes or so. We will definitely stay here again next summer!

The home had a strong musty/moldy odor when we first arrived, along with a strong chemical smell. There were rodent droppings in 2 of the closets, the horseshoe pits they said we could use were overgrown with grass and no horseshoes. The house is next to an event center that was having a graduation party, with multiple vehicles coming and going all day Saturday while we were trying to enjoy the outdoors. Loud vehicles and dust ruined our barbecue. And the barbeque required a deep cleaning before we could even use, drip pan was overflowing with piles of grease. Window sills were coated in dead bugs that we had to vacuum. The strong chemical smell was the rodent repellent scattered all over the house. The pool was not full and water line was under filter system. Water feature that they said we could use, was dirty, unkempt and did not work. Hot water pot was broke and corroded. Vacuum was not emptied and made a terrible smell when turned on. The 2 bedrooms downstairs had a strong feces odor that was disgusting. I request a full refund for the inconveniences and promises unkept. We were only told there would be traffic from horse boarding, no event center on property mentioned. That was enough to ruin the whole thing. I also had to purchase air fresheners to replace the empty ones just to handle the awful smells.

This was a perfect alternative to a hotel. We were there for a basketball tournament and this property was close yet still in the country. Large property with SO many amenities. The kids LOVED it! Horses, pool, basketball, and this was in the cold of March! I can’t imagine the endless possibilities of summer! Loved it!!

Had a great time celebrating Christmas with my family. My family and I have stayed at many places through the years and this is our new favorite. We enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, hot tub and open layout of the house. The Christmas decorations and Christmas tree were awesome and we really loved the fireplace.

Exactly what we wanted!

We were looking for a beautiful property and house for a small intimate wedding and found it! The house is huge, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the best weekends away from home we have had as a group

The facilities were as described. While the pool could have been a bit clearer, when we got there, as we followed another group in, by the next morning it was clear and clean. We had an amazing time using it. The hot tub was so relaxing, with powerful jets. The beds were soft and pleasant to sleep on. The owners were very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for everyone in our party.

Great Family Stay
