Stone house of 65m2 with jacuzzi and air conditioning that can accommodate 6 people.
This house consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to a TV lounge with sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Unlimited internet access.
The land is fenced, 2 terraces, a large summer shelter with table and chairs, garden furniture and deckchairs, 1 barbecue, heated stone jacuzzi. Parking space. The house is located 4km from the city center and a 5-minute walk from the river.
Quiet privatized house.
Sheet and towel provided, cleaning of 60 Euros extra.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A deposit of 600 euros will be given directly to the owner for the delivery of the keys and returned on departure after inventory, by check (for French) or in cash.

Une semaine en Ardèche

Excellent séjour sous le soleil. Maison très agréable qui correspond à l'annonce. Une association pierre/métal très jolie.Jacuzzi très agréable.Il faut laisser la voiture à l'extérieur mais ce n'est pas grave.

Prima huisje voor verblijf in de Ardeche

Erg naar de zin gehad in de omgeving; mooie bezienswaardigheden en kleine dorpjes rondom het huisje. Staat aan het eind van een doodlopende weg, lekker rustig. 's Avonds ook erg stil. Het huisje is van alle gemakken wel voorzien, maar ik heb wel een paar kanttekeningen voor de verhuurder: - douchen is een drama: het water loopt niet normaal weg, waardoor langer dan 2 minuten douchen geen optie bijna is... - veel schimmel op de muren in de douche: even een spray halen en wegborstel en het probleem is weg... - de WiFi was zeer zeer traag, niet meer van deze tijd Verder alles wel prima, vooral jacuzzi, eigen parkeerplaats en prima bed en keukengerei!

Location maison avec jacuzzi

Location au calme, besoin d un véhicule pour aller se baigner, faire les courses et les visites. Les premières visites à 15 mn, par cpntre petit bemol la maison a bien 2 chambres mais une en mezzanine à l etage sous copbles amenages non decrit sur le site. A noter aussi que pour aller aux toilettes et salle de bain ( meme piece ) vous devez traverser la chambre principale de la maison. Deliicat si vous partez entre amis à 2 ou 3 couples. Cour fermee pratique pour plusieurs vehicules, terrasse impeccable et jacuzzi aussi à l abri tres bien. Avons pu faire bcp de vidites aux alentours plusieurs villages de caractère, châteaux, grottes, et baignade. Recommandons pour un couple et ados ( famille ) . premieres visites

Heerlijk verblijf

Hoewel deze vakantiewoning er van de buitenkant oud en authentiek uit ziet heeft deze binnen alle gemakken die je graag wilt tijdens je vakantie, echt alles is aanwezig (incusief airco, was een dikke plus tijdens ons verblijf). Omdat vaste jacuzzi defect was werd door eigenaar een compleet nieuw verwarmd "bubbelbad" geïnstalleerd. Woning staat in hele rustige omgeving op korte afstand van Vallon-pont-d'arc (goed/stille nachtrust) maar is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken in de omgeving. Als er al een punt van kritiek is....onderhoud is op termijn nodig.....geen last van gehad. Kortom heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Séjour fantastique

Location agréable, bien équipée dans un environnement calme (impasse) et proche de toutes commodités. Terrain clos très appréciable pour nos 3 petits chiens qui ont profité autant que nous des extérieurs. Les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs en cas de problèmes. Le plus, la climatisation très appréciable lors de notre séjour avec des températures extérieures à plus de 35°. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons pour continuer à visiter les nombreux lieux touristiques aux alentours.

Parfait !

Location propre, bien équipée, située dans un lotissement tranquille à proximité de lieux remarquables à visiter. Dommage que la météo était très mauvaise durant mon séjour... Très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont à la disposition des vacanciers sans problèmes. Je pense prochainement y revenir!

super gemütlicher urlaub

super ruhige lage.sehr sauber und nach unserem geschmack eingerichtet. rundum umzäunung ( für hunde ideal) 4 km von vallon pont d’arc entfernt, bäcker gemüse und restaurant zu fuss erreichbar. top ferien und sehr feundliche gastgeber

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans cette maison, joliment décorée, idéalement située et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles. Nous regrettons seulement un problème d’évacuation d’eau dans la douche et la cuisine qui rend leur utilisation un peu contraignante, ainsi que des interrupteurs sans fils très capricieux. Nous soulignons malgré tout la réactivité des propriétaires pour solutionner le problème et cela n'empêche absolument pas d’y passer un super séjour. Gros bonus pour la climatisation très efficace et le calme de la maison ! Nous la recommandons sans hésitation. Au plaisir ! Thibault, Julia, Alexis et Marine.

UN COIN DE PARADIS !

Maison accueillante, pleine de charme, rénovée avec goût. Propriété clôturée, sans vis-à-vis, proche de la ville et des commerces, mais néanmoins dans un environnement très calme. Bien équipée. Literie confortable. Extérieur bien aménagé, très fleuri, offrant un jacuzzi bien apprécié. Propriétaires sympathiques. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable du 7 au 14 juillet 2018, avec nos petits-enfants. Nous avons redécouvert avec plaisir ce coin d'Ardèche déjà visité en 2000...

Eines der besten Ferienhäuser, die wir in den letzten Jahren in Frankreich gemietet haben. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Küchenutensilien und -maschinen vorhanden. Sehr schöne Kombination zwischen altem Baustil und moderner Ausstattung. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Jacuzzi. Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb von Vallon Pont d'Arc gelegen; durch die Lage in einer Sackgasse ist es absolut ruhig. Die notwendigen Geschäfte (Bäcker, Gemüse-/ Obsthändler) erreicht man in fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Ein toller Platz, um sich zu erholen. Herrn und Frau Blanc haben wir als außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit kennengelernt. ________________ One of the best houses we rented in the last years in France. Very well equipped, all kitchen facilities available. Nice combination between architectural style of the 19th centuries and modern style. A highlight is of course the jacuzzi. The house is a little bit out of Vallon Pot d'Arc in a dead end road. Therefor it is absolutely quite. All necessary shops (barely, supermarket) are available in a five minute walk. A great place to recover. Mr and Mrs Blanc were very nice and friendly.

Gîte rénové, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le jacuzzi est également trés appréciable. Literie de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque rien à notre bien être. Adresse que nous gardons précieusement et recommandons sans modération !

Petite maison vraiment magnifique, le charme des pierres, et puis la décoration fait que ne nous nous sentons vraiment bien à l'intérieur, l'extérieur est tout aussi jolie, le jacuzzi est vraiment bien, et le bien venu quand il fait chaud pour se baigner le soir c'est idéal. La location est proche du centre de vallon pont d'arc, 5 minutes en voiture c'est vraiment top, l'Ardèche est à 5 minutes en voitures d'un côté et 10/15 minutes du côté du pont d'arc. Tout est à proximité et c'est très pratique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cette location !!!
