Although the environment of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is mainly dominated by the rugged natural beauty and waving vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, once started as a monastery. Around it slowly grew a village that is now a popular holiday spot. Villa Bienvenue is located in the cozy holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardèche, guests may use the facilities of the park free of charge.

This spacious and tastefully furnished villa with 4 bedrooms (all bedrooms are air-conditioned) and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park, the villa and the garden offer lots of privacy and beautiful views. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and television with Dutch channels. From the living room you walk through to the dining room with dining area and double sliding doors to the terrace. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first bathroom has a sink and shower. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath. Bedroom with two single beds each (length 2. 10 m) and a bedroom with two single beds (length 2.00 m) are located on the first floor. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

From the villa you can walk into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors on the spacious covered terrace with garden furniture. The private pool (4.5 x 9 m, depth 1.1 - 2 m) has a staircase for easy access. Beside the pool is a nice lawn, great for the children to play on. In the back of the garden you will find an extra shady seat under the trees.
