The location at 1950m in the VALLOIRE/VALMEINIER area (160km of track) in Maurienne, at the foot of the slopes and the quality of the high-end services of the apartments and the proximity of the shops and restaurants of the upper Valmeinier (ESF, club pioupiou, bakery , creperie, 2 restaurants, local products cooperative, 2 ski equipment rental companies), ensure you a comfortable stay for your week in the mountains.
The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.) This room opens onto the 12m2 balcony
BEDROOMS:
You will find two double bedrooms. A family room with a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a dormitory with 2 with bunk beds or 4 single beds.
BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM et WC:
Finally, you will have at your disposal two shower rooms with WC.
On the 3rd floor, the layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating three families or a group of friends (up to 12 people).
On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and direct access to the slopes. In the closed basement of the residence, two parking spaces are reserved for you.
