The holiday home is laid out as follows:

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house as well as the shared pool of the residence.

The outdoor spaces are fully private, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet.

A reserved parking space is also available, for a hassle-free stay from the moment you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet environment, the residence offers easy access to the beaches, shops, restaurants and all the amenities of Valras-Plage and Sérignan.



Getting Around:

• Beach: quickly accessible

• Local shops: a few minutes’ walk

• Sérignan shopping area: 4 km

• Polygone Béziers: 20 minutes by car

• Bus line E available

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided. Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
