Closed Garage: Spacious and secure, this garage can easily accommodate several vehicles, offering both convenience and security.
First floor:

Living Area: An open and welcoming space that includes a comfortable lounge for relaxation and a living area ideal for social moments.
Kitchen: A modern kitchen with a central island, fully equipped for all your culinary desires. It's the perfect place to prepare and share meals.

Balcony: A large balcony equipped with a dining table and a plancha barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. A comfortable garden lounge invites you to relax and enjoy the view and fresh air.

Patio with Jacuzzi: A private relaxation area not overlooked, equipped with a Jacuzzi for 5 people, with sun loungers for optimal relaxation under the sun.

Dormitory and Bathroom: Offers two double beds (140) and two single beds (90), next to a bathroom equipped with toilet and sink at the entrance.
Second floor:

Toilet and Bathroom: You will find a separate toilet and a modern bathroom, for convenience and comfort.

Bedrooms with a View:
Two bedrooms located on this floor, each benefiting from a breathtaking view of the Orb and the sea. Equipped with queen-size beds (160) and hotel-quality bed linen.

Each bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet, making it easy to store and organize your personal belongings.

Access for Travelers
Travelers have access to the entire villa, including the closed garage, the patio with jacuzzi, the balcony, as well as all the leisure equipment provided such as bikes and paddleboards.

To enrich your stay, we provide leisure equipment such as bicycles, an adult inflatable paddleboard with life jackets, 2 pairs of binoculars for observation, as well as access to foreign channels, WiFi, Netflix, and Disney+ for your indoor relaxation moments.
