ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Adriana is a private villa with swimming pool in Umbria and is located in the small borgo of Valtopina, in a valley at the foot of the Subasio mount. The villa is set in a dominant position and allows you to easily reach the center of Foligno, one of the main Umbrian cities characterized by a combination of art, history and culture that can be admired walking through its streets. Other cities to include in your itinerary are Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Spoleto. The villa, built entirely of stone bricks, is surrounded by a pristine nature perfect to spend relaxing and peaceful holidays in the countryside of Umbria. The area offers many paths and routes surrounded by greenery which are ideal for all hiking and mountain biking lovers. At the guests’ disposal a swimming pool for exclusive use with mosaic covering and Roman steps entrance which guarantees safety and comfort even for the little ones, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor relaxation area with sofas, a porch with tables and chairs, a barbecue for pleasant summer parties. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The villa is on two floors. The ground floor includes a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with dining area and sofa bed that gives access through French doors to two porches, one at the front of the villa with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and one at the back equipped with Jacuzzi. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of three double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome.
