Overall great experience at this VRBO. The apartment is in a nice building and central area. The instructions for access were clear and the included parking was extremely convenient and safe. The apartment was clean and comfortable and my friends and I have no complaints. Will be recommending this to others and will rebook when I am back in Vancouver!

Lots of instructions but no instructions on how to lock the apartment door. Also no instructions about where the garbage room was. The area is not somewhere you want international guests staying. We coukdnt get in to the apartment one evening because the area was cordoned off by police after some sort of incident. There was also human poo on the wall right near the entry and just below where you had to swipe the fob! The street noise all through the night was also intense. The lack of kettle in the apartment was also inconvenient for us.

The apartment worked out very well for me and was easy to find. The first time getting in was a bit tricky, but once I got a handle on the process it was fine. The location was interesting. Right on the edge of the China district. If you aren't comfortable with encountering homeless people, this area wouldn't work for you. They never were a problem and Ifelt very safe in the apartment building, but there are a lot of them around.I really enjoyed the rooftop deck The views were nice and it was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The apartment was nicely stocked, but I honesty didn't do a lot of cooking while I was there. I was glad to be able to open the windows as it could get a little stuffy in the apartment and it was nice to be able to air it out.The management team was very responsive.All in all, a nice stay.

Very nice, clean room but AC inadequate during hot weather… room was a bit too warm despite AC and three fans. Complex entry process due to high security requirement. Neighborhood was pretty seedy with major drug use in full view on street, but never felt unsafe. Great coffee and vegan restaurant options close by.

The unit itself is in good condition, and the space appears clean. However, there is a persistent humid, dingy odor upon entering that detracts from the experience. In addition, when leaving around 5:00 a.m., I encountered a group of three individuals using drugs to the car garage door. They dispersed quickly when the door opened, but it was unsettling and not a reassuring way to start the day.

A little small for 3 people, the apartment was slightly stuffy (air conditioner is a bit jury-rigged and is only in the living room) but was well stocked in the kitchen. The neighborhood was decent with good restaurants and an excellent oyster bar up the street but don't go north. It gets dicey. We'd stay here again.

Feedback from our stay here.1. Freezer repair was NOT effective as the freezer fan is iced over and not circulating THE FREEZER CANNOT KEEP FOOD FROZEN2. We reported that a 2nd Key Fob was not provided. Learned that 2nd Key Fob was not available; we had to revise our activities to accommodate lack of 2nd Key Fob 3. Laundry ( towels etc.) from previous occupants still wet and mouldy in machine when we arrived. 4. Requested financial reimbursement for inconvenience and cost implications from host with no response.
