L’emplacement est parfait, tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Seuls petits bĂ©mols: la climatisation n’est pas optimale, les oreillers sont trĂšs minces et nous aurions aimĂ© avoir des napperons/nappes et linges Ă  vaisselle. Cependant, je recommande vivement cet hĂ©bergement.

Downtown is great for tourists. Lots of good things to do in walking distance. Bed is comfortable and the studio apartment has everything we needed. Arrival and departure in the wee hours is ok but it would have been better if we knew that the gate to the side entrance of the building's plaza was closed after 6 pm. Key cafe is a bit dicey in the hours from 12 to 5 am. Building security is good.

Peter’s place is a wonderful location within walking distance of lots of reasonably priced restaurants, an IGA, and the Vancouver Art Museum. We didn’t have a car, but transportation wasn’t an issue. We took a couple Ubers and did the hop on/hop off bus one day to get to Stanley Park, Granville Island, and Gastown. I highly recommend this rental!

Best part is the location of the studio apartment, which was comfortable and the host was communicative. The vent in the bathroom did not work and the kitchen counter was not cleaned well. The host provided the information after the free cancellation period, and for 2 senior women, it was very inconvenient to have to pick up the key from a convenience store more than 2 blocks from the apartment. Doorman hours for the building are also limited. It would be more transparent if the check-in/check-out arrangements are displayed under property details.

Great Place

The location was great. We stayed 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. Communication by the owner was great and he went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even played travel agent. Ha. I would reccomend staying here over a hotel.

Perfect location midway between Canada Place and Granville Isla d and beaches, beautiful view, everything youneed, near restaurants and clubs, shopping , wine store and groceries. Everything we needed to explore Vancouver before our cruise and sleep well at night.

Great stay in Vancouver

The property was in a really central spot. We could walk to a lot of restaurants and stores. The apartment had everything we needed and the view was beautiful. The only challenge we had was finding a place to park. But once we found a garage we stuck with that one and had no further issues. Sounds like there is a garage right below the building that is shared with the hotel next door. But there are several close-by options if you have a car. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
