The hotel uses COVID-19 as a reason not to provide the basic hospitality services to guests. They advertise a buffet breakfast, but in actuality only prepare a "bagged breakfast" that is essentially a continental breakfast. It consist of a croissant, a small box of apply juice, cereal, milk and a banana. I advised front desk of my banana allergy who made a fuss to prepare a custom bag for me. Housekeeping does not enter your room during the length of your stay. The hotel asks you to remove linens and towels, place them in a black plastic bag and leave them outside of the door for room service to pick up. The hotel will then replace the bag of used linens/towels with new ones, again outside of your door and it is the guest's responsibility to make his/her own bed. If there is an issue with WiFi, the hotel connects you to their service provider to troubleshoot as opposed to solving the issue itself. No bueno. I do not recommend staying here unless all you need is a bed and a shower during your stay.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your honest opinion. Yes, all had you mentioned was happening at the moment, these are to precautions while we have this pandemic. This is to ensure the safety and health of our guests and our staff. These procedures are all temporary set-backs. But our entire team are doing our part to make our guests happy, healthy and comfortable while they are staying with us. We arrived early at the hotel, just wanting to leave our bags there until we could check in. The woman on the front desk started immediately checking us in and even handed over the room pass to then be told we would be charged for an early check in. We declined and said we would return in 4 hours even though it was raining outside! Thought it was unfair to charge a guest even though they clearly had a room ready to give us. The room we got was facing the road so very loud although we didn't bring this to their attention as we weren't staying long. We had a balcony which the door wouldn't open out onto so useless really. No safe deposit box in room which I didn't realize. On the plus side, facilities like gym, sauna were really good and the breakfast was amazing!!!

If you need an accessible room, this dump is not the place for you. Was given "the" room farthest away from the elevator, 200 m! Very tall tub with no grab bars or shower chair. Hotel staff did not seem to care. Beware! Don't be fooled and don't waste your time or money.

Hello Dear Guest, I checked your reservation and noticed you didn't book an accessible room: you booked an Executive King, and that is the room type you were checked in. There were no accessible features because it was not an accessible room. Unfortunately we were sold out and there was no way to move you to one of our accessible rooms: this doesn't mean our staff didn't care, I am sorry if you had that impression. Kind Regards.
