Check in was fast. Our room large, clean & comfortable. We took this hotel for the cruise port shuttle. We tried to book the shuttle for our 11:00 check in at the port. The one van they have holds 10 passengers. There was one spot for 10:00. We were offered 8 or 9 am. Not convenient. The area around the hotel is a bit rough. But, there are lots of choices for Asian food within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff is professional and friendly.

The room was spacious and comfortable. You could hear the next room but it was muffled. The breakfast was good. Just need more than one toaster grill. Dinner was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I almost hate to leave a review for this hidden gem. I’d like to keep it my secret. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I will be staying at the Atrium any time I’m in Vancouver.

The room and hotel were fine, but the exercise room should have towels for sweat and disinfectant wipes for the equipment after a workout. The remote could not turn on/off the tv in the fitness center. One major issue with using Trivago is the inability to request Senior/Veteran/other discount codes during the reservation process (we learned to identify rooms by Trivago ratings, then called the hotel for booking - just didn't do that for this stay). Very congested area for traffic.

Convenient location. Appreciated free shuttle to cruise port. Appreciated the on-site laundry. Stayed in 2 different rooms at either end of the cruise. Rooms are clean but the last washroom (424) needs some TLC.
