It was very quiet with comfy beds. Plenty of space in the room. The water pressure in the shower was weak. At the breakfast, they ran out of pastries for our last two days and the cut up fruit was old.

My daughter and her friend had a great stay at the atrium hotel. They commented the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were a good size, very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was handy to the concert they were seeing. They felt safe around the property, which was great for 2 nineteen year old girls. They would recommend.

Staff was excellent. Two things I would change, 1 get rid of the high step in shower, nobody takes a bath in the hotel anymore, and it is a fall hazard. 2 how about some to go coffee cups.

I booked the hotel because in the description was waterfront, scenic views and close to cruise ship port! This hotel is situated in an urban city area surrounded by businesses, no waterfront, no scenic views and a 20 minute van ride to the cruise ship port. The hotel description is false and misleading
