Lovely kind staff, pretty basic rooms & no bar or restaurant, great location if leaving in a cruise the next day! They’ll wheel you & your bags down to the cruise ship Terminal.

Perfect spot downtown to be able to get to cruise terminal in the morning. Night before we went to Lions Pub, thought we could get there from inside but had to go outside and walk around the building to come back inside. AMAZING bed and great water pressure after a day of traveling/flying was definitely what we needed. If/when we cruise from Vancouver again we will be back.

We were on the top floor .Great harbour views .This is a multifunctional building .It has no restaurant but was not a concern for us . The only disadvantage is that during office hours you can wait sometime for a lift

Excellent customer service! Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job, during my 6-night stay. Microwave and coffee machine in my room was very handy; modern bathroom also great. Floor to ceiling windows with a fab view to enjoy at breakfast. Location is perfect for attending a work event at Vancouver's Convention Centre at Canada Place, which has a very convenient FREE shuttle bus service every 30 minutes to Capilano Suspension Bridge. There's also a 24-hour bakery (Brekka) across the road from the hotel that is sooo good. Within ~20 minute walking distance to Chinatown, and less for Gastown and Vancouver Lookout. Thank you for such a wonderful stay for a solo traveller, Auberge!

Beautiful property convenient and walkable to shopping, dining and cruise terminal. Harbor View Suit was roomy and comfortable for three adults and had a beautiful view.
