The hotel is on a great location! Very easy access to English Bay beach. The bus stops were also a few steps away from the hotel. This will be very convenient for those who’d like to utilize YVR transit! The buses will take you to Robson St, Gastown, and Granville. Staff were very helpful with directions around the city. There’s also a locked space for them to keep your baggages before or after checking out!

Excellent location in English Bay. Staff were excellent and helped us move rooms when there was an issue with the air conditioning. The only con was the area gets very crowded and noisy on weekends and parking is challenging.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel I’d located just a block from English Beach. A beautiful place to spend time watching the sunset. Excellent restaurant.

There were not amenities like mentioned in the website. There was a "computer area" but it was just a table w 3 computers in the middle of the lobby. Also you need to use your room key to access the hotel and use the elevator but for some reason it wouldnt work and i had to wait for stuff to open the door for me. Also the coffee machine did not work and i had 2 people try to figure it out only to change the machine. The place also felt and smelt stuffy and it wasnt super clean as there were bugs and random hairs throughout my room, on the bed, and even in the pillow. For the price, i expected a bit better.
