Great location for shopping and travelling around the city by foot or transit. Overall worth it.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Great location, pool and sauna downstairs, internet included, child friendly, spacious, clean rooms and great green policy. At times loud due to hospital next door (sirens 2x). I have stayed at this hotel approximately 5 times and we keep coming back because of the excellent price, green consciousness, hotel ammenities and friendly, helpful staff. Worth it.

Room was nice. Service was not good.

Pros: spacious and clean room
Cons: poor staff service
The room was spacious and clean. However, the waiter at the restaurant was very rude to us. We patiently waited for our order to be taken and asked four different people. When the waiter finally came in, he was very rude to us and gave us an attitude. Also, there was a frontdesk lady whom I approached to see if I can quickly print my boarding pass out and she told me to go to the cafe and pay them $5. The staff at the cafe was nice enough to advise me that if I talk to the concierge, I can probably print it out for free. The funny part was that when the concierge helped me out, I was printing right from the computer in the front desk where the lady whom I had asked for help from in the beginning was.

On firat check-in we were given a room with no air cinditioning. It was giing to be cool that night, but no A/C means no air circylation. The hotel moved us immediately to another room, but the hot water xut off in the middle of a shower, and never came back.

Thank you for staying with us and giving us your feedback. We service the kitchen dishes only upon departure but provide cleaning supplies to guests during the stay. We will coach our team to communicate properly so they do not come across rude, our apologies for the misunderstanding. Hope you enjoyed your stay and time in Vancouver!

Absolutely wonderful stay for our very large group with varied ages from 2 years and up! The staff was very knowledgeable going above and beyond with whatever our request or needs. I had a miss communication with one of our six rooms reserved on booking. They not only gave me the number to correct it but also a name for them to ask for and handled it perfectly! Definately consider this hotel if you are in Vancouver...you will not be sorry! If I could, I would have given it an all star plus rating!

Our room was large and comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, seating area, a king sized bed. The hotel is an older downtown high rise, near all the exciting restaurants, pubs, the museum, walking distance to the shore. Our room had a view of the city and the water, so the single negative (which really can't be fixed) is that the single-paned windows don't muffle sound. We overlooked the busy St. Paul's hospital and sirens ran all night long. Everything else was either fine or lovely, and I would stay there again (with earplugs!)

Nice hotel in the city centre

Pros: Clean, the view, very central
Location: Easy to walk to everything in Vancouver from the hotel. Small grocery store nearby was great for a simple lunch.
We walked to the hotel from the city centre skytrain station, easy if you dont have too much luggage. Nice lobby. Onsite steak restaurant which we didnt try. Amazing city views from our 30th floor room. Small grocery store 1 block away where we had a quick lunch of soup and panini.
