Very comfortable stay (Premium Suite).The service was outstanding from the front desk, Gerry concierge and maid sevice. The C Prime restaurant- two thumbs up. The location was convenient for shopping and we did the hop on/off bus tour. It pick us up right in front of the hotel. I definitely will go back.

Nice location and friendly staff. Hotel is outdated. Serious issues with plumbing. Hard to get warm water to shower. The hot/cold mixer doesn’t work properly. Slow drain issues in washroom sink. Kitchen faucet also dysfunctional as it will make loud noise if not fully turned on. The front desk did offer to send someone to look at any issue and I told them I think this is an issue with outdated and old plumbing in the room and will not be an easy fix while we stayed there. I hope they fix the plumbing as this is a deterrent We will not stay there again. The location is great if you don’t mind the sirens of emergency vehicles throughout the night. The higher the room the better. We stayed on 16th level and it was still very noisy.

It was noisy. We can hear the emergency vehicles all night long. Maybe because is close to a hospital. Otherwise it was clean. The staff was great and the breakfast good.

The property was in the location I wanted. I also selected it because I have friends that live in the area. I have a little mini apartment. My friend stopped by to bring me cookies after the got off work. The security and night manager would not let my friend come up to my room to soar and visit with me.

We were on the 25th floor and had an issue with water getting hot , rang downstairs and the gentleman said he would find someone and send them up, we told him it was late and in the morning would be fine which seemed better for him. Nobody got in touch again about it . We had to turn the shower on and let it run for 15 minutes to get it hot. The rooms are very noisy with sirens day and all through the night as it’s next door to the hospital. Other than that the room was good for us.

We booked a one bedroom suite for 4 people and the room only had one bed: the sofa wasn’t a pull out sofa in the living room. We got a roll away bed for one kid but the other had to sleep on the couch. We asked for extra bedding twice before it was delivered. When we asked where they suggested the two kids sleep when we booked a room for four, no one had any suggestions. Wound not reccomend or stay here again. Much better places in Vancouver
