Perfect cityscape location!

We had a great stay here! Late check-in (after midnight) and the staff on duty were patient and kind. The room was as advertised and the cityscape views are spectacular. You're in the heart of the city and within 20 minute walk of so many restaurants and attractions. We feel like we got a great overview of Vancouver by taking the Aquabus over to Granville Island, the Hop On Hop Off Trolley Tour (thanks Dan & Chris!) and clocked over 5 miles each day just exploring the various areas on foot. Our last day we took the Harbor Cruise and really got a sense of the city from the water and saw Stanley Park from another angle. English Bay was magnificent and the sunset did not disappoint. This was our first visit to Vancouver and we will definitely visit again!

Nice hotel for the area that you are in quick and convenient cafe downstairs and within walking distance of alot of stuff. Easy to uber or lyft for a reasonable price to some popular attractions.

Booked a suite with bedroom and kitchen, was given a single room with table top coffee maker. Bathroom door did not shut and latch, as well as the entry door. Room service thought we were out because door had not latched and was open. Booked for 3, was only sticked for 2. Asked for more towels, found them sitting in a bag outside the room 2 doors down. Incredibly overpriced at $600/night. Stayed in a $200/night Holiday Inn following our second night that blew this dump out of the water.

This is our go to hotel in Vancouver. This August, we paid over 700 for one night for a suite. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The tub was stained, the room wasn't as clean as our previous stays, and the front desk clerk, Nico is unwelcoming. I think we'll seek other options in the future.

Comfortable and clean

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Elevators were a drag with long wait times. Otherwise, convenient location, nice environs and very clean.

the property feels a bit tired. We didn't have wifi one night and were able to change rooms but that shouldn't happen in a large hotel. I did two business calls (from the new room) and the wifi was terrible - very spotty and glitchy. The shower was hit and miss with getting hot and the bathtub tap always leaked and the shower curtain needed to be carefully placed to stop water from going ont the floor. The sink drain was a bit clogged as it always took awhile to drain. Loved the location and the view but perhaps you can spend some money on upgrading the place to the 2000's. At this point, I wouldn't recommend it to others - would love to stay there again if you can fix the place up a bit!

Spent the week in Vancouver with my family and had a lovely stay at the Century Plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast each morning. Next level. Great coffee shop in the hotel to grab a nibble and a coffee to go. The hotel is well situated for everything in the downtown core and Stanley Park. It is next to a hospital so there is some noise but that is true anywhere in the core. Thanks for a pleasant week.
