We enjoyed our stay. I would like to commend all the staff there. From the front desk check in to the cleaning staff. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and kind! Their customer service was amazing! I will definitely come back again because of this!! Now about the room: the furniture is out dated kind of like has a 1990’s vibe, very vintage but that’s ok. The room was cozy and it suits its purpose. Breakfast was alright nothing fancy but again it fills your belly. Overall we will go back because of the excellent customer service! Thank you!

Charged me for property damages without notifying me and without any proof. Also couldnt provide me an invoice of the said property damage fee. Tried calling the reception many times but wouldnt let me speak to their manager. I also emailed their HR but didnt receive any response. Poor communication with staff.

Enjoyed my stay here with my kids. Booked two rooms online, check in and checkout was quick and easy. We mostly just slept, showered, and ate here, and we’re gone all day. Will definitely stay here again. Parking was free and convenient.

This hotel is an 8 minute walk to a sky train station which is why we picked it. There is also a super good Jamaican restaurant down the street which I highly recommend (Di Reggae Cafe). The rooms were clean and the door sealed nicely against the floor so the hallway sounds were kept to a minimum. The free breakfast was nice, but they served the almost the exact same things the 3 days in a row we were there, so we were a little over it by the time we left. The other little thing was we were in a kitchenette, and it was raining one night, and the rain was echoing down the pipes in such a way it sounded like someone popping popcorn. Also the fridge was a little annoying because it was too small for the place it was in, so the door kept rubbing against the wall. Nothing tragic, just a little annoying. Overall I'd have to say it was pretty good and I would stay there again.

Good restful night

Just an overnighter to be ready for appointments. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The entrance way comes up pretty quickly and around the block is complicated so slow down on the approach.

I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because I didn’t have to deal with bed bugs. There were unfinished patches on the walls, the curtains were filthy, the toilet bowl had a crack. I dumped a bunch of water into the floor drain and covered it with a towel to get the sewer smell to dissipate. The front desk guy at check in was pleasant. The guy at check out in the morning must not have bothered to check me out because I got 3 messages 5 hours after I left saying it was time to check out. Vending machine in the hallway was almost empty and there is nothing near by for food. What a horrible hotel.
