Staff gave me the wrong room on arrival and then tried to tell me that is what I had booked. Took over an hour to resolve. I would not stay at this hotel again and would also not recommend it.

Although the suite had a double queen bedroom and a separate lounge with a sofa bed the room still felt cramped. It's also in need of refurbishment: the room felt very dated. The public areas of the hotel we nice though, the staff very friendly and there is on site parking.. And it's in a very convenient location for exploring downtown Vancouver.

The hotel is in a great part of town, very nice and clean, and the staff is very nice. However, the administrative fees are a total rip off. I was charged extra for a “double guest fee” when I was traveling alone. They didn’t even respond when I tried to correct the charge so I had to open a dispute through my credit card company. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.
