Property staff was helpful and ammenities and facility were clean and quiet. In hotel restaraunt was delicious and nearby restaraunts were also amazing for different options. Close proximity to a mall, grocery store and the skytain made the entire area feel very accessible and made getting around the vancouver metro area a breeze. My only issues came with my reservations and mistake charges do to an error but these too were resolved after a few phone calls and hotel was apologetic and took care of the issue in a way that I was satisfied with. Would highly recommend and would definetly stay here again.

Fantastic location and a nice hotel for it's age. Beware of noise at the pub and restaurant below Friday/ Saturday nights till 2:00am. It is very loud. Asides from that, wonderful place to stay.

Overall very good experience. However, I would like to suggest the hotel to clean the draperies or shade in the restaurant more oftern as it was very dusty. In fact, there were some dust dropped into our plate as our seat just next to the draperies. In addition, I think the hotel should clearly state the charges for parking in Hotel.com as it is not free.

Room was near downtown Vancouver which was the main purpose of our stay. Not a very quiet hotel unfortunately, we had a few noisey neighbors on our floor, and it's near a busy road but thankfully we were pointed away from the room. We had a nice corner room with a king size bed. Beautiful city view and it had a balcony we could sit on. The room also had a MASSIVE tub that was nice to soak in. Hotel also has a restaurant, fitness center, and parking garage. Parking was $13 CAD per day I believe. On to the downsides.. our king size bed was probably the worst part of this trip unfortunately. The bed was big, but it was flat and almost as hard as a rock. I actually felt more comfort laying lay on the lounger chair in our room. It was really a big downside for us both. Also our tub unfortunately didn't seem to be cleaned properly on the bottom, soap was still on the bottom of the tub which we didn't notice until we were sitting into the water. I'm glad it was soap and not something else, but was unfortunate. Staff was very nice, just the room itself was our downside. Unlikely to stay again just as the bed was not comfortable, and after paying $500 for 2 nights and basically restless sleep. Wouldn't recommend.
