Arrived late . TV didn’t work . Night clerk couldn’t fix it ,eventually I fixed it sort of ! In the morning they had a coffee maker with only one pouch of coffee that made 1 1/2 cups of coffee No decaf!! Complained to the desk in the morning as per night clerks suggestion that they would do something as they couldn’t move us to another room !!! The desk clerk was not the least bit helpful told us we would have to wait for the manger that was a waste of time as he doesn’t come in till 10:00 and the only thing they could have done was give us a free breakfast !!! We had asked for a late check out but we’re woke up by the sound of men shouting drills going no one could have slept the whole wing on our floor was under construction!! The conversation with the manager went about the same as the rest of the hotel !!! He couldn’t have cared less !!! Would never stay in this hotel again !!! If you want a decent hotel with a great breakfast stay at the best western plus Burnaby really nice staff and a great breakfast very nice people

Hello Myrna,Sorry that there was an issue with your TV upon arrival. The night clerk did manage to restore limited service but we did have to wait for our maintenance person to arrive to do a complete repair.We are sorry that the workers that are doing our room upgrades disturbed you. We do limit their start time to try and cause as little disturbance as possible but with visitors from all over world it can effect guests and we are sorry that you were effected.

The suite was by far one of the best ones we’ve stayed at. The building was insulated well as we couldn’t hear anyone walking and/or talking in the hallway. The uniqueness of the suite is the jacuzzi tub. Everything was so clean and smells great. This is definitely a place for us to stay again and I highly recommend it.
