This hotel is lovely. The rooms were spacious and the location was great for what we were doing in the City. The pool is rather cold and there is no hot tub which was a bit disappointing as we were staying with our kids.

Wish our room had a proper dresser.. limited space for clothing and very small area around the sink. Too much emphasis on purchasing snacks and drinks! The mini fridge was full of items to purchase and no extra room. Spa being renovated so this was a disappointment. Great service and nice hotel . Our view was fantastic overlooking the city and art museum . Comfortable bed .

Location is great within walking distance to the shopping district and all the tourist destinations. A short walk from the cruise terminal. Staff were all friendly and very helpful the young concierge even helped me repair my suitcase the hotel is nice and full of history but not worth the price
