The location is great, but for such a renowned property, you would think all loose ends would be tied up and cleaned. There were blood stains beside the bed, scuffs along the wall, and the bathtub was wearing away. The staff were insanely kind, and the location amazing, but I have stayed in many Fairmont across the country and this was my least favourite so far sadly. Not my usual fairmont experience.

My only complaint is that parking was a little hard to find (and Vancouver’s streets in that area are a chore to navigate), but I called the hotel on the phone and they gave me the exact address. The room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed at Le Chateau Frontenac Quebec before, and had am amazing experience. Sadly couldn’t say the same thing this time as someone tried to get in to our room at 5am on my daughters wedding. Completely messed up our sleep since he tried so hard making me feel scared and stressed , couldn’t go back to sleep after that. Also when I requested a mini fridge and cutler, the fudge was quiet old . And the lady who dropped the cutlery I kindly asked her if she had an idea if there an especific spot to connect the fridge, immediately she got into the room keep saying there was few around but keep looking around my belongings making me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t wan to be rude and told her that I got it it was all good. Other then that location is super convenient and the rest of the staff very nice .
