My husband and I left this morning after staying for the first leg of our honeymoon and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They went above and beyond every single step of the way, they even dropped off little Christmas presents with chocolate for guests! It was adorable. The staff was extremely polite. They upgraded our room & had champagne waiting at arrival. The cocktails at the bar were fabulous. City is very walkable & shopping just around the corner. 12/10 experience.

Property was maintained well but just felt old and the amenities for the high price just weren’t worth it for us. Pretty but I’m sure there are other properties with better pools, restaurants that are more open and modern to our liking. I’m sure this is great for some but the rooms were just okay.

Great experience.
Great experience with the front desk! Jane was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Even ran into the Toronto Argonauts in the elevator a few times during Grey Cup. Will definitely stay here again.
