Mosquito Creek Marina is a secured gated community that overlooks downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park and has picturesque views of the local North Shore mountains.

Walking distance to the sea bus which takes you to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay where there is lots of food, shops, fun and entertainment.

Minutes drive or walk to local tourist attractions, beaches, local mountains and nature walks.

This brand new modern suite includes all new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and gas fireplace. Free WIFI. Smart televisions in both living and bedroom. Bedroom has queen bed and living room has queen pullout couch.

Shared laundry (upon request) and secured private entrance on side of the home.

Note: parking is not included, however there is pay parking in the Marina secured lot adjacent to the property and pay parking in unsecured gravel lot (Indigo Parking). There is also 2hr free street parking around the Marina.
