Freshly completed in 2019, this one bedroom garden-level suite is in the heart of Kitsilano - one of the most central and fun neighbourhoods in Vancouver.

This suite is located approximately four steps down from a tranquil, sun-drenched garden with waterfall, ponds and patio. Ceilings are a clear eight-feet throughout the suite. The bedroom boasts a luxurious pillow-top king size mattress and walk-in closet. Living room includes a queen size pull-out sofa, cozy electric fireplace and 50" Smart TV. Kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances, dishes, basic pantry supplies and everything you will need for your stay. Bathroom includes full size tub and all new fixtures. The kitchen, bath and entry have underfloor heating and the suite has its own independent heat controls. There is a private clothes washer and dryer. The yard boasts a lovely outdoor living space where, in nice weather, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Public transit is only one block away and there are easy connections to the airport, downtown and all the key Vancouver destinations.

Residential oasis with easy access to Vancouver highlights

An amazing suite with many thoughtful touches. Every imaginable convenience was provided and the furnishings were all of high quality and decorating was very tasteful. One felt right at home as soon as entering. All the information presented on the web site was completely accurate and realistic.The outdoor patio seating area was great for relaxing after a day discovering the city.Owner available if needed but we were free to come and go as we pleased. Great Place in a Wonderful Neighborhood

Neil and Heidi were amazing hosts, helpful and nice. There place is clean, beautiful outdoor space and the neighbourhood is quite, kid friendly (near playgrounds), so many great restaurants, places to visit. Highly recommend!

We found this house while planning a getaway to Vancouver and we felt so lucky to have stayed here. The hosts were incredibly helpful and communicative and the location of the suite was an easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, spas, and shopping. We rented a car, because we wanted to visit a few hiking trails and to do some shopping downtown, but you could easily stay here without a vehicle as well. We were very impressed with the neighborhood and how well the hosts have done designing the property. We'd happily stay again, which we might just do, because Vancouver is sooooo amazing!

Great stay in Kitsilano

This is an excellent basement apartment with plenty of windows to let in natural light. The apartment itself is well organized, clean and it has all the amenities. it is also tastefully decorated and it within walking distance of many parks along English Bay, and also close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Excellent Accommodation in Kitsilano

We had a fantastic holiday in Vancouver to visit family and the Kitsilano Oasis did not disappoint. Our hosts were always available to answer questions, the suite was spotless and comfy and the back yard was lovely especially as spring was bursting at the seams. The location was in walking distance of many local amenities and there was easy parking available on the street. We will book again!

Kitsilano retreat

We loved our second stay at Neil and Heidi’s VRBO. We managed to escape a large snowfall at home and the little bit of rain we had while in Vancouver was bearable. The cherry blossoms and flowers made up for the rain. Will definitely return.

The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and worked very well for me. There is plenty of natural light in the space.It’s walking distance to many restaurants and shops along Broadway.Parking was always available right in front of the house.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay at Neil and Heidi’s place and it was superb again. The suite is spotlessly clean and is ideal for a short or longer stay. The bed and linens are wonderful and the neighbourhood is absolutely quiet at night. The suite is ideally located 
 a 20 minute drive from the airport, in a quiet residential area (nice for evening walks.) Grocery stores and nice neighbourhood restaurants are close by, even walkable. 4th Avenue shopping is a short (5-10 minute) drive. We won’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.
