I was really pleased with our recent stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The property is so conveniently located to the Lonsdale Quay market and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are large and well maintained. The hotel is attached to a food market with Shopping. The bakery is amazing. With an easy walking distance to many restaurants at a walkway along the Vancouver harbor. I can get off the ferry from the waterfront area of Vancouver and I am within steps of the hotel. Beautiful view of the harbor from the room. I like staying at this hotel before my cruises out of One Canada Place.

The hotel was okay.. over priced in my opinion. The bathroom floor, walls and jacuzzi looked old and not clean, not like the pictures. The was a microwave places on top in a mini fridge and it look very ghetto for over $250 a night on sale

Parking arrangements are very confusing. Front desk person actually came down to the parking facility to show us what machine to use and how to pay for parking at the reduced rate. Very helpful--but perhaps clearer instructions might be better.

The hotel and market are right on the water, 2 minutes to SeaBus! There are lots of food options within just a couplr blocks. The waterside dock is very relaxing to sit and have a snack, watch the boats on the water or look at downtown all lit up at night! Parking for the hotel is $30/day and you're not guaranteed a spot. We've decided next trip to not even get a car...it's just not needed unless you're going to do day trips outside Vancouver.

They are upgrading to Coast Hotels, so older reviews may not be valid. Good views of the working waterfront of North Van from the rooms. From the outside deck/ casual dining/ viewing deck the views are of downtown Vancouver including Canada Place- where the cruise ships dock, some of Stanley Park. This is where the Sea Bus goes across the water to downtown Vancouver. Good parking garage with rates you'd expect for a metropolitan city.

I recently had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
