Completely self-contained, exterior access, separate air-system 1-bedroom suite.

Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via side of west side house, has its own separate, private patio. Full kitchenette, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private path and patio.

Convenient location close to 33rd & Mackenzie Street gives you access to shops and transit - 200 feet from bus stop with 1-stop bus to downtown Vancouver, beaches, UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and other great amenities. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle in front of The Suite. More than 1 guest car becomes a little inconvenient for our neighbours, so we ask that if you have a vehicle, that you please park it directly in front of The Suite. City street parking in our neighbourhood is free of charge.

Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite.

Ideally suited for a single or a couple. We are also happy to accommodate couples traveling with a child.

Perfect size, price and location
Visited my daughter at UBC for a week. The place is perfectly suited for one or two people and ideally located to visit UBC and explore Vancouver! Cozy place, well stocked with everything you need. Cooked for my daughter on the last night there. Shawn was a great host and his black cat made my day! Great bread shop, specialty grocery and cafe very nearby. They open later in the morning so adjust your schedule as required. Overall, I’ll be coming back!

This is a great property. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the washer/dryer and the fully stocked kitchen. Parking was ample and easy. Lovely outdoor area. Shawn was a great host; kind and friendly. Can't wait to return.

We loved our stay in this clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. We had everything we needed and Shawn was helpful and responsive when we had a question. Great short stay
Exactly what we needed after travelling for 3 weeks to recharge and have a comfy stay with all the amenities in this beautifully appointed accomodation. It has such a nice feel. Beautiful area, easy access to public transport. A little tight for 3 of us with a tween but we are travelling for a number of weeks so have too much luggage. Otherwise perfect.

As always it was wonderful staying at this property! Shawn and Chrystal are wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The unit is wonderful! Great location. Walkable to 41st and to a bakery , grocery store across the street and a cute coffee shop around the corner. Very central. Free parking , which is rare in Vancouver. The unit has everything you might need including a full kitchen to cook meals and washer and dryer. You can have a long term stay and have everything you need. New and clean . We always stay here when in Vancouver and it really feels like a home away from home.Nice clean bathroom. We would not stay anywhere else when in Vancouver! Thank you Chrystal and Shawn for being such great hosts and thank you for the chocolates you left for us. That is really going above and beyond! See you next time.
