Room was clean but a little dated. Our specific layout had a very narrow hallway to enter but overall it was comfortable. The location was amazing; a quick walk to the Christmas Market, grocery store and Harbourfront. Front desk staff were super friendly.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Building is in need of an updated and new surfaces. Happy hour at the hotel was a good value. Coupons (offered by Expedia) were for a free drink — but only after 7:30 — and a dining coupon that was not valid for breakfast or dinner, but for lunch. We were checked out and travelling by lunch time. Breakfast coupon would have been appreciated.

Waiting staff was top shelf five star. Front desk poor and room made where neither me or my gf could sleep a wink. Non stop fan buzzing and some bad sounds we both would have better sleeping in a car then the bed
