We were initially placed in a room where the bed and bedding smelled strongly of smoke. After informing staff, we were kindly moved to another room. However, when we returned from dinner, we noticed that all of the pillows in the new room also smelled like smoke. As it was late, we went to bed despite the odor, but it was unpleasant. The hot tub jets were permanently broken, which was disappointing. Overall, the property felt unclean and lower quality than expected.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff really weren't that helpful, the bell boys seemed inconvenienced when asked for help. Hot tub was broken. The free breakfast included was good, service staff were great. Parking was really expensive. So 3 out of 5
