Great location, nice views and good proximity to attractions, activities, shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice gym and patio area. The rooms are a bit dated, carpets need an overhaul, no fan in the bathroom. Horrible toxic smell in the C level garage.

Check in was very slow. Staff were trying to handle the load but it was too much. They needed help. The manager walked out and saw the line and just wandered off without helping the staff. Unacceptable. Facility is tired. Breakfast buffet is so so and not worth the price. Diner menu is better in value and quality.

When we entered the room we found a used toothpick on the dresser. The room was dated and had a musty odour. When we went to shower the whole handle assembly fell off in my hand. Even the plug in the sink didn’t fit so we weren’t angle to shower or wash. We were given a discount on check out for the inconvenience.
