Alex, the Concierge was the best. She was beyond helpful! She knows Vancouver and provided intimate details of sites to see to places to eat. We witnessed Alex graciously assist each person with a smile on her face the entire time. The only concern we had was with the service at the restaurant. It was too slow.

Good Morning and thank you for your review. We are happy to hear your feedback especially with regards to Alex, we are lucky to have her. I am sorry to hear your experience in the restaurant was not up to par and will pass your feedback onto P2B directly. Kind Regards,

I thought the hotel was decent. The room itself was standard. I did have a great view of the harbor, which was nice. For some reason the room had very loud noises. The fridge was very loud as well some other noises coming from what seemed to be the fan, even though it wasn't even on. Also, for some reason we got a knock at the door at 2:45 in the morning from housekeeping, saying we ordered toothpaste from them. This person kept on knocking, i thought i was dreaming at first. Anyway, i brought it up to the front desk to see what it was about, and her response was "that doesnt usually happen". I didnt know what to say next. It also had complimentary bikes. That was nice. Overall it was a ok experience, but dont think i will be coming back. Sorry.

Canadian Comfort

Pros: Location, Location, Location.
Cons: The pool area is nice, but the Hot Tub is too small.
Location: Centrally Located in downtown and 2 blocks from the waterfront.
Location is very nice.A short walk from the Sky Train to the Hotel Pinnacle. A short walk to the harbor front. A short walk to Canada place. Nice in house restaurant. Larger rooms. Friendly professional staff especially, Ciara, from room service. Nice indoor pool and exercise room. We enjoyed this hotel and I do fully recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Pinnacle was beyond our expectations, for the basic room that we had paid for. Not only did we have comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains, but the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping employees and the bellmen. Arthur, Gildo, and Ted stood out to us, as they were exceptionally kind to us. The location of the hotel was perfect, and was close to the visitor centres and all of the public transportation systems. Overall, I highly recommend the Pinnacle Hotel for people visiting Vancouver, and is my first choice of hotel if I were to return to B.C.

Christmas stay

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent very close to Canada Place were all the tours left from.
Cons: Information on holiday meals and service .
Location: In the heart of downtown walking distance to several areas. Very close to pick up areas for tours nice view of harbor
Vacation over Christmas stayed several days with family.. Very close to everything including the Christmas Market that we came to see. Dining room nice and great food. Wish they had given more information on meals during the holidays at the hotel. Service even on Christmas Day was more than expected.

Dear Karen, Thank you for staying with us over the holiday period and taking the time to post your review, we appreciate your feedback. It is great to hear that you found the staff to be friendly and helpful and that you were happy with the location of the hotel. We had dropped letters in all guest rooms with all of the information and prices on dining options in the hotel over Christmas so we are very sorry that you did not receive this. Very nice stay again.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Pool and hot tub working
Location: Jack Poole Plaza, shopping and water front sea wall.
Staff are superb and eager to accommodate you. Great happy hour every day. Was sad to know the hot tub was under repairs this visit. However was offered guest passes for across the street. Lovely view of Vancouver harbour. We will be back.

Beautiful Harborfront Hotel

We traveled to Vancouver by train from Seattle and were very pleased with The Pinnacle Hotel. Our rooms were lovely, very clean and had wonderful views of the harbor. The hotel well located for those who like to explore on foot. There are excellent restaurants nearby and Stanley Park is just a little over a mile away. The hotel is very busy in the lobby but was quiet in our rooms. Very nice.

Staff were extremely accommodating of our request for an extra guest and provided superior customer service. Room was clean, exactly as shown on Internet and option was available to save water by not having daily linen changes. As visitors from the desert, we appreciated this conservation effort! Free wifi was a also a plus. The hotel's location back a bit from the bay front mitigated the noise of the busy float plane operation in Coal Harbour.
